No, this is not apple flavored vodka! This vodka was conceived by a small New York State farm as a way of using up extra, blemished apples that stores and markets wouldn't take but were perfect for pressing into cider and subsequently distilling into a vodka. This batch, No.6, is made entirely from McIntosh apples sustainably grown on the farm. The vodka is distilled three times for refinement but no more as not to strip the spirit of its unique and subtle flavor and aroma.
