Made in the small village of Vida, the agave is roasted in the ground prior to distillation, imparting a smokey flavor much different than tequila where the agave is boiled. A light nose, yet deep and sweet on the tongue with citrus flavor. A smoky, spicy finish with a hint of mint at the end.
